ABOUT

Sergio is a coach, counsellor and creative consultant, based in the U.K. His expertise rests in a variety of fields, including psychotherapy, personal development, spirituality, bodywork, somatic intelligence, conscious relationship, creative design, presentations and poetry.

Sergio’s passion is helping people live their fullest lives, filled with inner joy, meaningful relationships and fulfilling careers. His approach is rather unique as he blends together a variety of skills, methods and approaches to offer unique transformational opportunities for the client.

At the heart of his practice is a knowing that each human being has an essence and purpose that is longing to find expression. He uses his intuition and skills to make space for the client to discover and embody this, enabling them to experience a love affair with life.

 EXPERIENCE

  • Life & Business Coaching (2005-2015). After collaborating with life and business coaches for over 10 years, I have developed my own tested models for success.

  • Conscious Relationship & Somatic Training (2014-2015). I participated in a series of workshops over the course of 18 months guided by Jan Day. www.janday.com

  • Voice Coaching & Public Speaking (2010-2015) - I participated in 20 workshops and 3 retreats during a 5 year span.

  • Yoga & Meditation (2009-2011) - I completed four intensive training programs at the Isha Yoga Centre over the course of 2 years.  https://www.innerengineering.com

  • Fanshirt Clothing (2004-2013). For 9 years, I successfully ran (and sold) a multi-million pound clothing business.

  • Bachelor of Arts (1998-2002). I attended Georgetown University and majored in Philosophy and Economics.
